The houses have James Hardie Stria and Linea weatherboard cladding as well as Abodo Vulcan Shiplap cladding as accent pieces.

There are two three bedroom semi-detached and a four bedroom stand alone. All three have two bathrooms, spacious open plan living with easy access to outside spaces, and an internal access single car garage.
